SIX FEET UNDER – I started watching the series during the final season. I'm now going back and watching the show from the first season onward. I'm at the beginning of season 2. I love the show. I don't have a fav character. They are all good.
NEW PUSSY (REVISITED) – His name is Mr. Patterson. Thankfully, he's cat box trained. Next week, I'll schedule to have his balls chopped and his claws lasered off. All in all, he's adjusting well to indoors. He loves to sleep beside me.
MR. PATTERSON –Yes. I had something in mind when I named the cat. See, back when I was at school at Iowa State, there was a silly comic strip. It was about an architecture student who had a cat who he named Mr. Patterson. I tried to find the comic strip online, in some archives, but it's nowhere to be found. So, I drew you a crude example:

As it turned out, the student in the comic strip later found out that Mr. Patterson was a female, but that didn't matter. He still called it Mr. Patterson.
TIME IS CASH TIME IS MONEY – I spent two months of two summers in the late 8os in Germany. I have memories of "Mezzo Mix" (cola,) "Raider" (candy) bars and music from BAP. As I've grown older, I've realized that time is cash, time IS money, and I think back to the old BAP song. (Don't worry if you don't understand the text. Nobody does. It's in an odd German dialekt.)
WORK – Work continues to consume my life, although I'm more in balance than the previous 3 weeks. Not sure if I mentioned it, but it's a high profile project with extremely high expectations from the business/ Despite its challenges, it's been pretty rewarding. I'm cautiously optimistic we'll deliver on time and close to budget.
HEALTH – I'm getting older like the rest of you. My health is good and getting better. My diet is going well. I'm 4 lbs lighter; I want to be slim and sexy for my man. I took a planned break tonight.. I had boneless chicken wings and beer at Friday's.
WORK OUT MUSIC?– I worked out twice this week, which was two times more than last week. I need workout music. Anyone have any good ideas for up beat workout tunes? |
